Fraud detection and identity

Security and data protection

System design you can both maintain and explain: data flow diagrams, reasoned trade-offs, and documentation that works for the engineering team and for whoever inspects it.

Audit and ongoing advisory
A review of what already runs: risk scoring rules, integrations, access and data flows. It ends in a change list ordered by effect against implementation risk, written to go to the team and to the board. An audit typically runs 2-3 weeks. After that, if the change needs to hold, a standing 2-4 days a month.
